Contact — we read every letter
Found a mistake on the map, a question about a dataset we have listed, or you would simply like your class to play out an entire campaign? We want to hear it — historical accuracy is our product's moat, and readers who check our work are part of it.
The fastest way to reach the team is email. We read every message; reports with citations usually get a reply within a few days.
A mail client should open with the address above; if it does not, copy the address manually. We welcome letters in English or Simplified Chinese.
What to include
- Corrections: the page URL, the sentence or figure you believe is wrong, and the source that contradicts it.
- Data enquiries: which export you are using (GeoJSON / CSV) and what looks off.
- Licensing: the asset in question and the attribution you found on it.
- Feedback: which device/browser and what you expected.
When you will hear back
- Factual corrections and broken links: reviewed weekly, replied to generally within a few days.
- Licensing and reuse: normally within one to two weeks.
- Feature suggestions: read all; we reply when a proposal makes it onto the roadmap.
